The Department of Nephrology in Vinodhagan Memorial Hospital is a well developed department . It is equipped with facilities of Haemodialysis, Intermittent Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD,APD) and Renal Biopsy. It is a 100 bedded Multispeciality Hospital with Acute medical care and Intensive care Unit. On an average, 100 patients are getting dialysis on maintenance basis every month. We have dedicated Haemodialysis Machines for Negative and Positive patients (HbsAg,HCV,HIV).

We have equally well equipped corresponding surgical- Urology unit to deal with Surgical cases/ AVF Creation is being done regularly for the needy CKD patients.
